School Admissions Procedure

The school’s admissions procedure is as follows:

Parent(s) should contact the school to request an application pack or click here to download a zip file containing all forms


The application forms should be completed and returned to the school office, together with the documents listed on page 2 of the application form. (For overseas applications or applications made during school closures, electronic copies of the application forms can be completed and returned by email; signatures, documents and photographs can be provided on your first visit to the school.)

We will contact you when the completed application forms have been checked and approved, to arrange for your visit to the school and complete the admission application process.

  • At this visit, parents of children in Reception class or Early Years will meet with the class teacher to discuss the child and go through the school’s Early Years settling procedure; you will be required to pay the application fee at this stage.
  • For students in Year 1 upwards, your child will be assessed in English and Mathematics and you will be required to pay the assessment fee.

We will give you a tour of the premises, explain the nature of the school, our expectations of students and parents and the commitments made when a place is accepted at the school.

You will be notified of our decision within 2 working days of the meeting/assessment, when we will either offer a place to your child or, if we are unable to do so, inform you of the reason for our decision.

At this stage, the registration fee is due and must be paid as soon as possible, in order to guarantee a place for your child.

Please do not visit the school without an appointment,

there may not be a staff member available to meet you.
